Obituary of Janice Huckins

A private family burial will be held for Janice Marilyn Huckins of Elmira, who died Nov. 2 of age-related causes at age 80.She was born March 6, 1931, in Eugene to Phillip and Mildred Wilkison Yates. She married James Huckins on July 12, 1952, in Eugene. He died in 1987.She was a 1949 graduate of Eugene High School. She worked as a teller and loan officer at several U.S. Bank branches. She enjoyed shopping at Walmart and going to the coast.Survivors include two daughters, Lori Hesebeck of Sweet Home and Shari Stoddard of Florence; a son, Randy of Elmira; a sister, Wanda Brabham of Eugene; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A daughter, Pamela, died in 2004.Arrangements by Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene Remembrances to American Heart Association.
