She was married to James Russell on January 9th, 1979, and even though they are separated now, they remained amicable. In 1980 the couple welcomed their daughter Amanda into their home and in 1981 their son, Justin was born. Linda set about teaching them importance of moral, values, work ethics, family and responsibility. Her children remember her as a kind, gentle, patient, driven, focused, stubborn, loving, giving, selfless mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals and inspired them everyday to do better and be better. Linda was accomplished at mathematics and was a whiz at numbers. She was a generous, smart, witty, fun and dedicated individual who loved murder mysteries, Western & kung fu movies, gardening, crossword puzzles, dancing to her soca music and who was passionate about creating a beautiful life for her family, raising her children and being there for her parents, brothers and friends.
