Hazel ParkerHARRISBURG — A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 15 the First Baptist Church for Hazel Lavina Bailey Parker of Harrisburg, who died Oct. 27 after a heart attack. She was 91.She was born July 14, 1920, in Easton, Md., to Harry and Goldie Knotts Bailey. She married Guy Parker on Sept. 26, 1942, in Joplin, Mo. He died July 3, 2000.She graduated from high school and trained as a beautician. She worked as a beautician in New York for 35 years.Survivors include three daughters, Carol Sullivan of Tucson, Ariz., Susan Cade of Harrisburg and Patricia Stasionis of New Port Richey, Fla.; a brother, Kenneth Bailey of Milton, Fla.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to the care fund for needy families or missions at First Baptist Church in Eugene.
