Obituary of Kiran Vaid

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Kiran Vaid (nee Bali) on Wednesday June 3, 2020 at the age of 69 years. Kiran is now re-united with her dear husband Harsh and loving parents Vidhyavanti Bali (Nee Dutta) and Somnath Bali. She was the cherished mother of Anshu and her husband Mohit Grover, Aneesh and her husband Dave Sohi, Mona and her husband Amit Sahasrabudhe and Shomit Vaid and his wife Valentina Palacios Velasquez. Kiran was the devoted grandmother of Rhea Grover, Sachin Grover, Niyam Sohi, Naya Sohi and Arian Sahasrabudhe. She was the admired sister of Indu Mohan (nee Bali) and her husband Hari Mohan and Sanjeev Bali. Kiran was deeply devoted to her family and very proud of each of them. They were her world and the focal point of everything she did. For this, they are forever grateful. We would like to thank you mom, for being the very best mother, for being such a brave woman and for the love and strength you’ve given your children and so many others over your years. Kiran will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all her family and friends in Canada and around the world.
