Heidi ManelaA private family service will be held for Heidi Adeheid Goldschmid Manela of Eugene, who died Nov. 24 of age-related causes. She was 93.She was born Dec. 31, 1917, in Vienna, Austria, to Sigfried and Auguste Wolf Goldschmid. She married Fred Manela on April 11, 1942, in London.She attended Austrian Lyzenin. She was a homemaker.Survivors include a son, Steven, of Eugene; a daughter, Naomi Manela Fellows of Eugene; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by a son, Robin, in April 2010.Arrangements by England’s Eugene Memorial Chapel.
