Giuseppina Commisso (nee Ieraci)Born February 22nd, 1929 in Siderno Marina, Calabria Italy.Passed away peacefully at Chartwell Pine Grove Long Term Care Residence on Wednesday, May 20th, 2020 at the age of 91. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Vincenzo and parents Francesco and Immacolata.Cherished Mother of Rocco (Veronica) and Anna (Marcello). Proud Nonna to Rebecca (Paul), Sarah and Annie. Beloved sister of the late Joseph (late Sara), James (Mary), Mary (Domenic), Cecile (Rolando), the late Philip (Debbie), Brother-in-law Domenic (Ersilia), Sister-in-law Josephine (late Cosimo) and extended family. Adored Aunt to many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.Giuseppina arrived with her family in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1950 and travelled by train to Schreiber, Ontario and after only a few months settled in Toronto.
