Marlyn Denese Levy-Grant Peacefully at home surrounded by love, on May 16, 2020. Daughter of Carmen Spence; beloved wife of Phillip Grant; cherished mother of Rodney, Rena and Victoria Sarita; grandmother to Jordan, D’Andre, Savion and bonus grandsons Brandon and Kyle; treasured by surviving siblings Elaine, Marcia (Jean), Arlene, Norman (Mickey), Margaret, Mark and Winsome; loved by aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews; friend and special person to many.Marlyn known to many as “D”, was born on January 25, 1954 in Manchester, Jamaica. She loved her family, flowers and birds. D was the glue of our family; she tied everyone together from all sides, in Canada, Jamaica, England and the United States. She lived life positively and with gratitude. She showered us with unconditional love and found ways for us to bond and create memories, using any excuse to have people gather together. All friends became family, as all were welcome to her home and table. She truly had zest for life.
