Edith HolestineCRESWELL — A memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 2, at Creswell Pioneer Cemetery for Edith Maxine Holestine of Creswell, who died Nov. 29 of age-related causes. She was 89.She was born Sept. 3, 1922, in Clarinda, Iowa, to Guy and Lula Belle Pettengill Farrens. She married William Holestine. He died previously.She was a homemaker.Survivors include one daughter; two sons; two stepdaughters; two stepsons; a sister, Ruth Roach of Moses Lake, Wash.; and numerous grandchildren. Three husbands and one son died previously.Arrangements by England’s Eugene Memorial Chapel.
