Nicholas GallNicholas Josef “Nick” Gall of Eugene died Nov. 21 of unknown causes, pending toxicology results. He was 41. A celebration of life is planned for a later date.He was born Aug. 11, 1970, in Portland to Philip and Judith McIrvin Gall.He graduated from South Eugene High School. He worked in customer service.Survivors include his parents; a sister, Denise Jenkins of Everett, Wash.; and his domestic partner, Aaron Clement.Inurnment will be at the Masonic Cemetery in Eugene. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Greenhill Humane Society.
