She will be sadly missed by her entire family, close friends and all those who knew her.We could write a book on Eleanor Carmendist Spence, but we will only share a small paragraph of this book. Eleanor was an incredible "Woman of Faith" who inspired and influenced many through her faith in God and living a life of obedience to God. To everyone who knew her, she played many roles in their lives. She was a powerful prayer warrior who understood the power of prayer and who battled through prayer for many. She was an intercessor who prayed without ceasing for family, friends and our country as well. She was a spiritual mother, a teacher, a mentor, an encourager, a trusted friend and a loving sister to name a few.She was always there to pray for you and with you, to support you and guide you. She gave strong Godly counsel and advice to all who came to her. She was kind and thoughtful and a very dear friend. She was known for her honesty and candidness and we all appreciated and loved her for that. She always gave whatever she could – she was selfless. She was a strong woman and faithful servant of God who had a calling on her life to share with others about Christ. She stood with you no matter how difficult the situation was and always encouraged you in the word of God. She always pointed you to God’s word in everything and prayed continually. She was unmovable and steadfast in her faith in God. Eleanor had a deep and unconditional love for her family and continually carried them in prayer. Her last days was a true testament to the life she lived; she was able to speak with her whole family here in Canada each individually, which truly meant a lot to her – with her words of wisdom, understanding and counsel while sharing the word of God with us she made a difference in our generation.
