Obituary of Mary Clarke

Ms. Mary ClarkeMary Adina Clarke, (Naomi), 84 years of Toronto, ON passed away on April 26th, 2020. Born to the late Stanley Flemming and Gertude Ennis in Westmoreland, Jamaica on January 26,1936. In 1961, she married the late Leonard Clarke. She is survived by her daughter Paula, sons Dwight and Chris. Daughter-in-law Nancy, her twin sister Ruth (Everald) Smith. Grandchildren Nicole, Denica, Kadian, Jason, Melissa, Naomi , Milosz, CJ and Brandon.. 6 Great-granchildren. Nephew Colin (Caroline) . A host of friends and church family. She is predeceased by her son Kavanah (Dane). Mama was a strong, independent , courageous and God fearing lady who worked extremely hard to build a life in Canada for her family. She immigrated to Canada in 1980 and worked as a housekeeper until her retirement. She loved to sew and cook. She was loved by her Church family at Mount Moriah Apostolic Church where she is Mother Clarke… she entrusted her life to the Lord and is resting in His arms.Sleep on beloved, sleep and take your rest. Lay down your weary head upon thy Saviour breast. We love you MAMA but Jesus loves you best. Good Night, until we meet again. You will Forever and Always be in our hearts.
