Obituary of Shirley Ann Lydic

HARRISBURG — The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today, Dec. 13, at Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City for Shirley Ann Lydic of Harrisburg, who died Dec. 8 of complications from multiple sclerosis. She was 76.Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon today at the funeral home.She was born July 30, 1935, in Mesa, Ariz., to Glenn and Bonnie White Bradshaw. She married Jack Lydic on Aug. 1, 1958, in Mesa.She graduated from high school and beauty school. She was a homemaker and worked for 15 years as a beauty operator.Survivors include her husband; two sons, Richard of Phoenix, Ariz., and Terrence of Harrisburg; a daughter, Debra Israel of Spring Valley, Calif.; a sister, Barbara Ruddy of Pima, Ariz.; two brothers, Shawn Elkins of Tucson, Ariz., and Jim Elkins of Gilbert, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A grandson, Timothy Eugene Lydic, died June 25, 2005.Burial will be at Alford Cemetery in Harrisburg.
