Obituary of Heather Butt

May 18, 1949 (Toronto) - April 15, 2020 (Oakville)It is with great sadness that our very much-loved Heather, in her 71st year has peacefully passed away with her family by her side at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Heather, born to the late Dorothy and Robert Keily will be forever remembered and loved by her high school sweetheart and husband Bill, her children Daryl (Cheryl) and Sarah (Shane) and her grandsons Carter and Colton. Heather will be deeply missed by her 3 sisters, Betty (Cyril), Inez (George) and Dorell (Rick) whom she shared a special bond with. Predeceased by her brother Billy (Shirley). She will also be deeply missed by her brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, many friends and of course all her family in Ireland.Heather’s grandsons were everything to her. She will always be remembered for being a supportive hockey Nana. She spent most of her time at the rink cheering them on.In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation www.heartandstroke.ca or The Cancer Society www.cancer.ca would be appreciated.Thank you to our family and friends for your support. A special thanks to the Palliative Care Team at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their genuine compassion and care.
