Obituary of Josephine Bober

JOSEPHINE BOBER(March 9, 1925 - April 14, 2020)Sadly Mom passed away on April 14, 2020. She was a very loving and devoted wife to Joseph (predeceased) and mother to her children: John, Christine (Albert), Nick (Sandra) and Cathy (Wieszek). We would have wanted her to continue living longer but it was not to be. Her grandchildren Jamie, Daniel and Lisa will dearly miss her.When younger and more energetic she was viewed as a faithful Christian woman and I would say until her death, despite limitations. Friends, family and others who knew her recognized how generous, kind and selfless she was. Her home was open to practically anyone. An intelligent woman who cared a lot about her family. In fact, I think I can say that if it wasn't for Mom some of us children might not be around. Condolences can be submitted on line through the Lynett funeral home website as directed. She will be resting at the Lynett Funeral Home, 3299 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 2A5 (no visitations due to COVID-19 and hence the on line registry). Interment and private gathering at grave site, Prospect Cemetery, on Monday April 20, 2020. A fuller commemoration of her life to follow at a future date (again because of COVID-19). Mom now rests in the memory of our Heavenly Father where she awaits the real life, as we all do, who share her scriptural beliefs. MOM, WE WILL MISS YOU!!!
