Obituary of Armando Simoes

SIMOES, ArmandoAfter a brief and courageous battle with lung cancer, Armando Simoes passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 13, 2020 at the age of 66.Armando loved his music and his cars. His unassuming manner was known to many and he had an impact on everyone touched by his heart of gold.Armando will be lovingly forever remembered by his siblings – Adriana, John (Julie) and Frank. Armando will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews – Michael (Gail), Robert, Melissa (Charlie), Jenessa, Helena, Jacob and Madelyn as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Armando was predeceased by his parents, Joao and Noemia Simoes and his brother-in-law John Cacador.A private Christian graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date due to the current Covid-19 situation.Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Armando to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
