Obituary of Marjorie Johnson

Marjorie JohnsonCRESWELL — A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, at the Trent Church of Christ in Dexter for Marjorie J. Johnson of Creswell, who died Dec. 15 of age-related causes. She was 83.She was born Dec. 30, 1927, in Phillip, S.D., to Montrose and Esther Lake Kunkle. She married Harl Johnson on Sept. 22, 1946. in Sioux Falls, S.D. He died Jan. 2, 2000.She graduated from Yankton High School in South Dakota. She was a homemaker.Survivors include a daughter, Linda Campbell of Dexter; a brother, Bill Kunkle of Harrisburg; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.Burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
