Obituary of Esterina Iapichino

God called Esterina Onorina Iapichino peacefully on April 6th, 2020 at the age of 92. She is now reunited in Heaven with her parents and siblings that passed before her. She was the loving wife of Pierino Raffaele Iapichino; on the 28th of April they would have celebrated 66 years of marriage. Cherished by her dear children Caterina (Domenico), Gaetano (Kathryn), and Luigi. Proud Nonna to Giovanna (Joseph), Nick (Romina), Roberto, Peter James (Emma), Julia, Lucas, Rena and Lexi. We were also blessed to have her in the lives of her great-grandchildren, Sophia Iapichino, Giacomo Fazari and Lorenzo Iapichino. Her kind and loving spirit will be held dear in the hearts of her surviving siblings, numerous relatives, and many friends. There are countless memories that we will hold dear. She had a way of making even the simplest moments special. Her kindness, compassion, words of wisdom and love for all will be forever missed. She will live on in our hearts and memories always. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at Villa Forum, which was her home for the last 2 years, for their care and compassion.In light of the current global pandemic with the present restrictions placed on group gatherings and the well-being of everyone, the visitation and service will be limited to immediate family only. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date. Your condolences are very much appreciated during this very difficult time.
