Obituary of Charles Wygle

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today, Dec. 27, at Alvadore Christian Church for Charles Wygle Jr. of Junction City, who died Dec. 23 of complications from pneumonia. He was 83.Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. today at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City.He was born June 12, 1928, in Lone Wolf, Okla., to Charley and Nora Wygle. He married Marjorie Tracer on Dec. 26, 1950, in Stevenson, Wash.He attended Oklahoma A&M University. He worked for 42 years as an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 280.Survivors include his wife; three sons, Terry and Darrell of Eugene, and Jeff of Junction City; a brother, Lester of Dallas, Texas; a sister, Norma Evans of Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
