God called Antonina Schifano peacefully on March 31, 2020 at the age of 72. Cherished by her dear children, Salvatore (Cathy Russo) and Giuseppe (Cindy McCoy). Proud Nonna to Daniel (Kassandra Schifano) and Nikki. Great “Nonna” to Noah, Audrey, Theo and Juliet. Beloved daughter to late Giuseppe Sala and late Maria Conforto. Dear sister to Caterina Mastrantoni, Filippo Sala and Nicola Sala. She will also be greatly missed by her best friends Elvira Foggia and Vinnie Russo. Antonina will be held dear in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Glendale Funeral Home. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later time. The family is grateful for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospital for Sick Children would be appreciated in Antonina's memory.
