Obituary of Nancy Pashie-Cosmo

Nancy Pashie-Cosmo, a strong, independent, and caring woman. Who lived to love her family, friends, children’s friends, and anyone in need of help. Eclectic music lover of artists like, Elton John, Judy Garland, Etta James, Bob Dylan, Bauhaus, and Patti Smith. The original DIYer, Nancy loved to crochet anything from blankets and scarves, to hand towels and booties. She reveled in her ability to grow a garden, second to none. When Nancy wanted something done she made it happen in anyway possible. The eldest daughter of Leonard and Inga Pashie, middle sister to Paul (Pat & Shawn), Bobby (Diane, Michael & Patrick), Larry, Kenny, Ricky, Randy (Sharon & Justin), Deanna (Reno), and Dave (Kim, Curtis, Mary Anne, Kyle). Daughter in law to, Alfonso and Assunta Cosmo, sister in law Aldo (Manuela, Christina, Anthony & David). Caring, loving, and compassionate Mother to Mikael and Angelika (Desmond). Wife of Roberto Cosmo, a man she stood next to, in love. Abiding to the wedding vows they made to each other, on September 26th 1981, of staying true to one another, in the hard times and the good.In the early hours of Tuesday, March 31st 2020, Nancy said goodbye to us all for one last time. She fought hard and steadfast for 20 years against Multiple Sclerosis. Though Nancy has left us in the physical world, she will stay strong in the hearts of everyone she touched and will forever be remembered as the strong, impactful woman that she was. Nancy Pashie-Cosmo, a name synonymous with love.
