We apologize for any inconvenience but ask that you keep Lajwanti's family in your thoughts and prayers. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lajwanti Mall at the Etobicoke General Hospital on Saturday, March 28th, 2020. Lajwanti, born in Clarkabad, Pakistan was in her 96th year. She was the wife of Pastor Maqbul Mall. Daughter of the late Samuel and Peggy. Dear mother to Asher Emmanuel and mother-in-law to Shabana. God-mother to Vincent Samuel. Dado ji (Grandmother) to Osheen (Sharoon Samuel), Simran, Sam and Musa. Visitation will be held at the Brampton Funeral Home and Cemetery, 10061 Chinguacousy, Brampton (905-460-9155) on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 from 11:00am-1:00p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel immediately following at 1:00p.m. Interment to take place at 2:00 pm. For condolences you can reach Asher (416-302-5935) and Shabana (647-637-4263). Please note due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, there are government protocols in place that unfortunately only allow a maximum of 10 people to be present in the Funeral Service. Please be prepared that within visitation hours (11:00am-1:00pm) only 10 people at a time will be able to pay their respect. At the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel only 10 people will remain inside the Chapel and remaining will have to view the service in their cars on a mobile device. During the interment 10 people will be allowed to stand around the burial area and remaining will have to observe from inside their cars. This is a difficult time for the family, and the limitations in place are not optimal with their vision.
