Obituary of Giuseppe Cannataro

Giuseppe Cannataro passed away March 12, 2020 at the Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga, with his wife by his side.Born in Montalto Uffugo, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1956. Survived by his wife Romilda (nee Nigrello), their four children: Giovanni (Gabriella), Maria (Frank), Franco, and Nadia (Francesco), eleven grandchildren (John Jr., Michael, Samantha, Joseph, Massimo, Chiara, Sabrina, Amelia, Stefano, Elsa and Simon), brother Aldo (Jean) and sister Eva. Predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Maria (nee Molinaro), and sister Franca Orlando.Visitation is at the Glendale Funeral Home on Monday March 16th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be on Tuesday March 17th at 11:00 am in the Glendale Chapel. The entombment is to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.In light of the current global pandemic, the Cannataro family understands if you are unable to attend the visitation or funeral service in person.
