Obituary of Richard Millhollin

Richard MillhollinCRESWELL — A celebration of life will be held in February for Richard “Rick” Millhollin of Creswell, who died Jan. 2 of Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy Body Dementia. He was 66.He was born Dec. 20, 1945, in Medford to Max and Betty Cleveland Millhollin. He married J. Diane Lane in 1971 in Eugene.He earned a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Southern Oregon State College and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Oregon. He was a programmer, technical services manager and assistant director of university computing at the UO from 1969 to 2004.Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Kimberly of Albany; two brothers, Jim Millhollin of Arizona and T.A. Anderson of Cocoa, Fla.; and two grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Lane County Alzheimer’s Association.
