Obituary of Lawrence Piquette

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, at Springfield Memorial Funeral Home in Springfield, for Lawrence Roman Piquette of Springfield, who died Jan. 13 of lung cancer. He was 68.He was born June 15, 1943, in Lamars, Iowa, to Lawrence and Yvonne Arnes Piquette. He married Diana Piquette in Eugene.He graduated from Springfield High School in 1961 and worked as a truck driver in road construction.Survivors include his wife; two sons, Doug Piquette and Don Piquette of Springfield; two daughters, Cindy Piquette and Lindy Pullen of Springfield; a brother, Donald Piquette of Seattle; and seven grandchildren.Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Springfield. Remembrances may be sent to Springfield High School boy’s basketball.
