Obituary of Janet Bonett

Peacefully passed away with her loving husband of 50 years by her side. Beloved wife to Joe (Chicago). Loving mother to Michelle (Tony) and Laura. Adored nanna to Joseph, Julian, Anthony, Audrey, Rachel, Jonathan and Samuel. At 18 years old she left her home in Hamrun, Malta for a new life in Canada. Her journey took her to Vancouver from there Toronto with only the a suitcase and little money. It was in Toronto where she met the love of her life Joseph Bonett and settled down to have two children and then 7 grandchildren. She was a beautiful, quiet and loving woman, who was loved and respected by all who knew and met her. An amazing baker that can not be replaced. She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends and never forgotten.In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul the Apostle Church at 3224 Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON would be be very much appreciated.
