Carla Hakim (nee Vaz), 39 of Milton, passed away on February 14th, 2020, at Credit Valley Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones.She is survived by her sons, Lucas and Gabriel, the loves of her life, her adoring mother Alice St. Andrews (Randy St. Andrews), father Fernando Martins Vaz, devoted sister Susanne Vaz, her loving partner Adriano Battista, step daughters Ava and Dakota and her sons’ father Sam Hakim Jr.A rare, and generous beauty, whose capacity for love and life, was immeasurable, she will be missed greatly by her family, friends and her tribe.Please share an online condolence with the family.
