Obituary of Jane Clendenning

BERTA ESSIE JANE CLENDENNING (nee Yates) was born on May 4th, 1937 in Cornwall, Ontario and passed away peacefully in Oakville, Ontario on Thursday, February 13th, 2020 at the age of 82. Loving mother of Carolyn, Geoff (Andrea), Rob (Leah) and predeceased by her son, David and husband Wayne. Known as Grammy to all her grandchildren, she will be sadly missed by Gabriel (Shannon), Alexandra, Zachary, Joshua, Samuel, Ian and Conor.She will be fondly remembered for her incredible hospitality, compassion for those in need, and an ability to bring style and sophistication to any occasion. She was able to create a special connection with so many in her life as a beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt, nurse, volunteer, and friend. She will be remembered by her siblings June (Henry), Joan, and John and many other extended family and friends.Interment will take place in May 2020 at Springhill Cemetery, 7820 Springhill Road, Metcalfe, Ontario.
