Obituary of Lynette Early

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lynette Elizabeth Early on Thursday Feb 13/2020 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in her 90th year. Beloved wife of Jack for 65 years. Loving mother of Jacklyn Early, Philip Early, Erika Funnell (Eric), and Raegan Carter (Tom). Proud grandmother of Meghan, Spencer, Caitlin, Reece, Hanley, Morgan, Quinn, Logan, Blake and Jessica. Predeceased by brother Berney Price. Lynette graduated from the University of Toronto, Nursing in 1954. Her interest in antiques inspired her to volunteer at the Montgomery Inn in Toronto, where she taught classes in chair caning. She continued her volunteering endeavors with the May Court Club of Oakville,then followed her artistic heart by volunteering at The Studio in Gairloch Gardens, Oakville. Lynette’s love of nature and whimsical art will be missed by all. Many thanks to Dr Milton Banhara and the staff at Oakville Hospital for their kindness and support over the past couple of months. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday Feb 23/2020 from 3:00 to 5:00pm at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, Ontario 905-257-8822.
