Obituary of Brian D. Jerome

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Brian Danata Jerome who passed away on Wednesday, Feb 5th. He was an exceptionally devoted, loyal and loving husband to Michelle; A caring and considerate father to Angela and Kathleen, who share his sense of humour and empathy towards others. A quick-witted son- and brother-in-law, and a proud uncle, great uncle, friend and “bro”. Brian retired as a Captain in the Royal Canadian Air Force after 35 years of service, which he viewed as a true honour.Brian was a founding member of the National Capital Region Harness Horse Association and truly enjoyed and respected the sport of harness horse racing.His family would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors at the Ottawa Heart Institute who worked diligently. He will always be loved and missed by those who knew him.Family and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Reception at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive, Nepean on Sunday, February 16th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. At 3:00 p.m. all are welcome to join Brian's family as they place his urn in its final resting place.
