Obituary of Lora Ellingsworth

Lora EllingsworthA memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Feb. 10 at First Congregational Church in Eugene for Lora Mae Ellingsworth of Novato, Calif., a former 56-year resident of Lane County, who died Jan. 2 of age-related causes. She was 99.She was born Oct. 19, 1912, in Pomeroy, Wash., to Roy and Sylvia Brunton Scoggin. She married W. E. “Bill” Ellingsworth on July 3, 1932, in Dayton, Wash. He died in May 1998.She was a homemaker.Survivors include two daughters, Diane Kent of Vancouver, Wash., and Kathryn Thompson of Novato, Calif.; a son, W.E. “Pete” Jr. of Eugene; and 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
