Obituary of Michele Santomieri

Peacefully on Saturday January 11, 2020 in his 83rd year, Michele (Mike) Santomieri passed away surrounded by his beloved family. He was an extraordinary man, devoted husband of 55 years to Filomena, loving father to Franca, Russell, Angelina and Carmela, doting grandfather to Nicole, Michael and Michela and his beloved grand-dogs Gucci and Elvis. Michele was predeceased by his sister Clementina and brothers Pasquale, Vincenzo, Giuseppe and Antonio. He will be dearly missed by his brother-in-laws Alberto and Donato, sister-in laws Eufemia, Maria and Rosaria, his many nieces and nephews both in Toronto and in Italy and his cherished friends. He will be fondly remembered for his generous nature, strong work ethic, kindness, courage and strength of character.
