Obituary of Mafalda Pecora

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Mafalda Pecora, Loving mother to Nancy (Angelo), Frank (Mari-Stella) and Sylvia (Robert). Adored grandmother to Anthony (Joyce), Jeani (Ted), Lisa (Chris), Michael (Kaila), Stefano (Cindy), Laura, Jessica, and Roberto. Great grandmother to Angelo, Jordana, Adriana, Sienna, and Leonardo. Loving sister and aunt to many. Predeceased by her loving husband Steve (2004)Born in Rovito Cosenza Italy on March 18th 1934 to Maria and Luigi Scarpelli.Her passion in life was her family and love for gardening, sharing good food and wine with friends and family. The family would like to thank the staff at Joseph Brant Hospital for the kindness, compassion and support through these difficult times. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to the Alzheimer’s Society.
