Obituary of Luigia Iamundo

God called Luigia ("Gina") peacefully on January 5th, 2020 at the age of 96. She is now reunited in heaven with her loving husband Francesco. Cherished by her dear children Vincenzo (Elizabeth), Gloria (Richard), Antonio (Rosemary) and Paul (Lubelia). Proud Nonna to Jason (Nancy), Christina (Joe), Jennifer (Martin), Katrina (Derek), Victoria (Will), Christopher (Agostinha), Richard (Lindsey), Rachel (Joe), Frances (Dan), Gina (Gary), Phillip (Cindy) and Matthew (Bridget); Bis-Nonna to Julian, William, Bella, Lauren, Riley, Vincent, Richard, Myah, Kamryn, Amy, Kaden, Paige, Mosey, Charlotte, Noah, Ryan, Lincoln, Cristiano, Sebastian, Aria, Adriano and Nico.She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitation will take place at the Glendale Funeral Home in Etobicoke, (1810 Albion Rd.) on Thursday January 9th, 2020, from 4- 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday January 10th, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., in the Chapel at the Glendale Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion & Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Luigia can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada. The family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support, during this difficult time.
