Obituary of Elsie Alldridge

Elsie AlldridgeA memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church on Wilkes Drive in Eugene for Elsie Louise Alldridge of Eugene, who died Feb. 15 of age-related causes. She was 85.She was born Dec. 7, 1926, in Aberdeen, Wash., to Harry and Lucile Hardcastle.She graduated from North Bend High School in 1944. She worked for 20 years as a nurse’s aide for Sacred Heart Medical Center.Survivors include two sons, Larry of Lake Oswego and Mike of Eugene; two daughters, Margaret Ashcraft of Roseburg and Tamara Keesey of Portland; a brother, Clifford Hardcastle of California; a sister, Virginia Sprague of Longview, Wash.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A daughter, Lucy Powell, died on Jan. 11, 2012.Private burial will be at in West Lawn Memorial Park. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Greenhill Humane Society.
