Obituary of Kenneth Douglas Anderson

Kenneth D Anderson (1937-2019)On December 27, 2019, Ken Anderson loving husband and father of three passed away at the Carleton Place Hospital. Ken leaves behind his wife of 62 years Geraldine and their three children Steve (Sonja), Craig (Dana) and Nancie (Sean). Ken loved his five grandchildren, Jesse (Kiera), Jason, Zac, Ava and Nikki very much. His great-granddaughter Charlie always brought a smile to his face. Ken’s thirty-three-year professional career as a CGA with the Federal Government included internal audit positions in various departments. Ken also enjoyed his years as a member of Knox United Church and served on several church committees including finance, pastoral care and was a youth group leader for many years. The family would like to thank Dr. Drake and the care team at Stoneridge Manor and the Carleton Place Hospital for ensuring that his final years were filled with caring and compassion.
