Obituary of Cornelia Cappadocia

Peacefully with her family by her side, Cornelia passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Villa Leonardo Gambin Nursing Home in Woodbridge at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Ferdinando for 61 years and 7 months. Cherished mother of Anna (Renato) and Marisa (Rino). Devoted Nonna of Daniel (Sara), Michael (Francesca), David and Jennifer. Proud great-grandmother of Theodore. Survived by her sisters Belinda and Luisa. Predeceased by her sister Assunta. Dearly missed by her brother-in-law Angelo. Cornelia will be sadly missed by her entire extended family and all those who knew her.Visitation to be held at the Glendale Funeral Home, 1810 Albion Road in Etobicoke on Wednesday, December 18th from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 19th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 100 Bainbridge Avenue in Woodbridge. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Osteoporosis Canada or the Villa Leonardo Gambin would be greatly appreciated by the family.
