Obituary of Anastasia Voudouris

Anastasia Voudouris passed away peacefully at Markham Stoufville Hospital at approximately 2:00am on December 4, 2019. Anastasia lived a long and fulfilled life. Born in Avlona, Messinia, Greece on July 13, 1920, she came to Canada on September 17, 1966 with her husband Ilias and children Gregory and Peter, joining their daughter Pota. She was a central and guiding presence in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late Ilias; she is survived by her children Pota (the late Stathis), Gregory (Olympia), Peter (Joanna), grandchildren Agis (Francine), Kali (Luigi), Louis (Stacy), Stacy (John), Stephanie, Andrea, Matthew, and great grandchildren, Zachary, Cassandra, Christian, Adam, Gregory, William, Julian, and Leo. Though she is no longer with us, she will live forever eternal in the hearts and minds of all those who were blessed to know and love her. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Hellenic Hope Centre for Persons with Special Needs.
