Obituary of David Carroll

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of David on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the age of 63. David is predeceased by his parents Muriel and William Carroll. He will be greatly missed by his sisters, Linda (Brian Merkl) and Laurie Carroll, nephews Kevin and Willie Merkl and his close and dear friends Ziggy Musial and Joe McLoughlin. David was a proud employee of the Peel District School Board, a position he held for more than 12 years. He had a love for Lacrosse, race horses and spending time at the family cottage in Bluewater Beach. David will be missed and fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home “Brampton” Chapel (289 Main Street North) on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m, followed by a Celebration of David’s life commencing at 4:00 p.m. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of the staff at Tall Pines Long Term Care Facility, Dr. Cheema, Dr. Findlay, the doctors and staff of the Dialysis unit and all the staff of the emergency department at Brampton Civic Hospital for their care and compassion.
