Tommy WalkerTommy Walker of Eugene died March 23 of age-related causes. He was 86. A private memorial is planned.He was born March 9, 1926, in Woodville, Texas, to Esca and Birdie Mae Hicks Walker. He married Mary Alexander on Dec. 23, 1951. She died previously.He was a graduate of Baylor Medical School in Texas.He joined the U.S. Army as a medic during the Korean War and served in a MASH unit.He practiced anesthesia in San Francisco for more than 30 years.Survivors include two sons, Mark of Eugene and Miles of Cumming, Ga.; and five grandchildren. A son, Timothy, died previously.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
