Donald William Rice, 82, of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away on February 19, 2010. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Rice Kerns, his son-in-law, Forrest Kerns, and twin grandchildren Patrick and Erin Kerns. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sunday March 7, 2010 at Mill Creek Parish, 7101 Horizon Terrace Rockville, MD 20855.
