Obituary of Robert M. Beck

ELMIRA — A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 4, at Faith Lutheran Church in Junction City for Robert M. “Bob” Beck of Elmira, formerly of Junction City, who died April 27 of respiratory failure. He was 67.He was born Nov. 2, 1944, in Eugene to Marvin and Ethyl Plesner Beck. He married Betty Sue Florek on June 22, 1993, in Virginia City, Nev.He graduated from Junction City High School and attended Oregon State University.He worked for more than 30 years for Agripac Inc., retiring as a supervisor mechanic.Survivors include his wife; a son, Jeff of Eugene; two daughters, Sherry Beck of Cheshire, and Teresa Casey of Woodland, Calif.; a brother, Bill of Eugene; and three grandchildren.Arrangements by Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City.Remembrances may be sent to Junction City Fire Department or Faith Lutheran Church.
