Obituary of James Treece

VENETA — The graveside funeral will be at 2 p.m. today, May 11, at West Lawn Memorial Park in Eugene for James Paul Treece of Veneta, who died May 5 of amyloidosis. He was 72.He was born Aug. 19, 1939, in Fayetville, Ark., to Jessee and Evalyn Crowley Treece.He worked as a truck driver for UPS for 30 years.Survivors include two daughters, Kelly Holland of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and Dawn Treece of Yorktown, Va.; three brothers, Bob of Billings, Mont., Rick of Garden Grove, Calif., and Ken of Reno, Nev.; and four grandchildren.Arrangements by West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene.
