Obituary of Harriet Mauser

Harriet MauserHarriet L. Mauser of Eugene died May 4 of age-related causes. She was 90. A graveside memorial service is planned at St. Peters Cemetery in The Dalles at a later date.She was born Nov. 27, 1921, in Seattle to Edward and Gertrude Stack Maher. She married R. Kent Mauser on March 29, 1943, in Seattle. He died Feb. 16, 2010.She received a bachelor of science degree from Seattle University and graduated from Providence Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a visiting nurse and was a homemaker.Survivors include two sons, Stephen of Allen, Texas, and Kirk of Eugene; a daughter, Corinne Bott of Newberg; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A son, Karl Mauser, died previously.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Hospice or St. Vincent de Paul.
