Obituary of Henry Hauser

Henry Hauser Jr.The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:15 p.m. Friday, June 15, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Eugene for Henry Arthur Hauser Jr. of Eugene, who died June 9 of a heart attack. He was 90. There will be a reception following the Mass at the church.He was born Oct. 31, 1920, in Grand Forks, N.D., to Henry and Inga Lind Hauser. He married Benita Ungaretti in St. Paul, Minn.He held a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota. He worked as a chemical engineer for the oil industry.Survivors include his wife; five sons, Henry III of Homewood, Iill., Joseph of Minneapolis, William of St. Paul, Minn., James of Cottage Grove and Michael of Portland; four daughters, Linda O’Donnell and Mary Ashby, both of St. Croix Beach, Minn., Christine Wold of Savannah, Ga., and Margaret Brudzinski of Maplewood, Minn.; 24 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
