Obituary of Winifred Lindley

SPRINGFIELD — Winifred I. Lindley of Springfield died Aug. 8 of age-related causes. She was 84. No service is planned.She was born Jan. 5, 1928, in Olympia to Taylor and Marion Hulett Grayson. She married William Lindley on July 24, 1949, in Springfield. He died Oct. 1, 2008.She graduated from Springfield High School and was a homemaker.Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Lindley of Springfield; a brother, Phil Grayson of Lebanon; and a sister, Phyllis Seamans of Crescent City, Calif.A son, Russell, died Feb. 1, 2012, and a granddaughter, Diona Lindley, died Dec. 27, 2009.Inurnment will be at Springfield Memorial Gardens.
