Obituary of Ronald Scroggins

Ron Scroggins, 59, of Elmira, died on August 15, 2012. Ron was born December 15, 1952 to Marion and (Mary) Lou Scroggins. He was known as Papa to his children, Ryan Scroggins and Shari Johnson, and his five grandkids, Aspen & Corbie Johnson, and Bailey, Brady & Tyler Scroggins. Other survivors include his mother, Lou Scroggins, sisters Mary Lightfoot and Shirley Stone. Ron enjoyed football, reading about World War II and spending time with his family and dog Tater.
