Patrick GariepyA celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at Musgrove Family Center in Eugene for Patrick “Pat” Gariepy of Eugene, who died Aug. 11 of respiratory failure. He was 49.He was born May 14, 1963, in Corvallis to Dennis and Judy Campbell Gariepy. He married Karlann Greenwood on July 29, 1995 in Eugene.Pat received his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Oregon. He served in the U.S. Army in Military Intelligence and as a German interperter. He was employed by Select Care/ Providence for 12 years and medical records clerk at Integrated Health Care Solutions.Survivors include his wife; his father, Dennis Gariepy of Springfield; his mother, Judy Campbell of Eugene; a brother, Jacob Gariepy of Eugene; and a sister, Shari Harris of Eugene.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
