Obituary of Carl Wenzlaff

Carl WenzlaffCarl T. Wenzlaff of Eugene died Aug. 24 of heart failure. He was 98. No service is planned.He was born June 15, 1914, in Armour, S.D., to Edgar and Helena Schamber Wenzlaff. He married Lois L. Furry on Nov. 8, 1941, in Glendale, Calif. She died in February 2003.He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a banker for Bank of America for more than 30 years.Survivors include a son, Steve of Newport News, Virginia; a daughter, Carla Wenzlaff of Eugene; and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
