Pearl LoughranPearl Loughran of Eugene, died Aug. 30 of age-related causes. She was 88. No service is planned.She was born May 26, 1924, in Pierson, Mexico, to Joseph & Genoveva Cobos Morel. She married Lee J. Loughran on Jan. 17, 1948, in South Gate, Calif. He died in July, 1992.Pearl was a homemaker.Survivors include a son, John Loughran of Eugene; a daughter, Vicki Loughran of Irving, Calif.; two brothers, Alex Morel of Arizona and Vic Morel of Nevada; and three grandchildren.
