Obituary of Helen Jones

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Eugene for Helen Glee Jones of Eugene, who died Sept. 2 of age-related causes. She was 79.She was born March 30, 1933, in Eugene to Curtis and Elsie Guyer Kuntz. She married Archie Jones on Sept. 19, 1951, in Eugene.She graduated from Eugene High School.Survivors include her husband; a son, David of Eugene; two daughters, Valerie Stewart and Melinda Handy, both of Eugene; a sister, Donnis Danner of Eugene; and five grandchildren.Burial will be at Lane Memorial Gardens.Arrangements by Musgrove’s at Lane Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Eugene.Remembrances may be sent to Greenhill Humane Society.
